Program Title: Kaleidoscope Heart

In the words of singer/songwriter Sara Bareilles, “The idea behind a kaleidoscope is that it's filled with broken bits & pieces & somehow if you look through them you still see something beautiful.” Mead’s 2024 production “Kaleidoscope Heart” is built on the idea that although we are all imperfect, when we work together despite our imperfections, we can create something amazing. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our hearts through performance, and hope you are inspired to recognize the beautiful kaleidoscopes that are everywhere in our world. As always, the students and staff of the Mead High School Band would like to offer a huge thank you to the Bandwagon, and all of the parents and administration of the Mead School District. Without whom, the program would certainly not be where it is today.
