“From Frost to Flowing Waters” traces the transformative journey of water, capturing its graceful dance through diverse states and climates. The show begins with the stark, unyielding beauty of a frozen glacial expanse. Then, a delicate flurry of snow begins to fall gracefully through the air, eventually coming to rest in a serene, snow-covered stillness.
