Program Title: Snow Falls

As the people of the working class, how much control do we have over our lives? Does our ethic let us shape our destinies? Or do larger powers reap everything we sow? Through the storyline of The Hunger Games, “Snow Lands On Top” explores the rise and fall of a dictatorship.
