Program Title: Echos of The Quarter

Echoes of the Quarter takes audiences on a journey through the vibrant sights, sounds, and history of New Orleans’ iconic French Quarter. From the lively energy of Trombone Shorty’s “Lie to Me”, to the soulful depth of The Animals’ “House of the Rising Sun,” and the reflective spirituality of Lowell Mason’s “Nearer, My God, to Thee,” the show captures the rhythms of daily life in this historic district — from sunrise to the deep echoes of night. Music arranged by Lewis Norfleet, Echoes of the Quarter blends jazz, blues, and traditional hymnody into a unique performance that highlights the richness of New Orleans’ culture and its enduring musical legacy.
